They are widely applied in waterway, port, harbor, dock, wharf construction, pier protector for broadside of vessels; The Polyethylene is especially useful when low-friction contact during docking mooring is needed. The Polyethylene does not decay or deteriorate will not easily splinter or crush.
For these fender applications, there are two grades of Polyethylene we can offer:
HD-PE: High Density Polyethylene
UHMW-PE: Ultra High Module Weight Polyethylene
